Originally published at Yellow Chimney. Please leave any comments there. Who in the world would miss roasted lamb in spring? Not me. Though I’m not a big fan of lamb, season is season. I won’t lie that I cooked that, my husband did. He is way to stronger with meat than I am. Especially with lamb. He can make it nicely brown and full of flavour.
